Since then, we have built up a very impressive track record of prestigious local and international projects, which consist of mainly high-end hotels (guestrooms and public areas), serviced apartments and commercial spaces.

In the process, we have also developed a very good reputation and relationship with our clients, who consist of internationally renowned developers, designers and architects.

Our average annual turnover stands presently at about US$20 million.

In 1994, we set up our Shanghai subsidiary, Shanghai Yang Ah Kang Decoration Engineering Co Ltd, was targeted mainly at the export sector and the high-end domestic market in China. We have since established a very respectable track record of projects in China, which consist of high-end hotels and serviced apartments.

Our factories in Singapore and in Shanghai, are both fully equipped with a comprehensive range of machinery (estimated worth of about US$2 million) to produce custom-designed furniture and highly intricate joinery / interior fit-out components.

We have a combined staff strength of about 300 full-time employees in our factories and project sites, which include skilled carpenters, well-trained technicians, and experienced supervisors and managers.

We are very confident of providing the very high standards of quality expected by our clients, because of our extensive experience in the custom-built furnishing and interior fit-out field, and also because of our very dedicated and experienced staff.
