RSD Fire secured a warehouse installation contract in Alps Avenue, Changi in 2006 which was successfully completed in 2007. Since then, the Company has completed numerous other projects and grown rapidly based on our simple philosophy: Take care of customer needs first, then they'll take care of you.

Mr. Ramaswamy Sundar (Guna) came from Chennai in 1987 and was employed to work in Suntec City development which was a massive project for fire protection systems. He quickly grew through the ranks and was promoted to lead teams of workers, and handled his responsibilities well. He is now the sole person in charge of the company site operations, manpower management and logistic planning. He plays an important role in ensuring the company’s profitability.

Mr. Sishitharen Bhaskaran (Shashhi), graduated from the University of Edinburgh, Scotland in Mechanical Engineering, B.Eng(Hons). In 1993, he started his career with an established local trading company specialising in fire protection systems. During his 9 years there, he honed his skills in system design and implementation of fire protection systems, managing projects in the oil & gas, and marine industries. Having attended various training stints in United Kingdom, Shashhi had the opportunity to expand his knowledge in design and application, especially in Special hazard protection.

In sharing a core value of "CUSTOMER FIRST", the founders have steered the company out of one recession and yet have tripled the number of regular clients as of to date.
