Outlook: This profile has a soft lining and yet is very versatile, when it rolled down, it gives a pleasant outlook and clean appearance. Another important factor is that the shutter can also be customised. Instead of just all-plain full slats, we can also change some rolls to perforated type. These perforated slats have different type of pattern to suit customer needs. This shutter is design by Standard Rolling Shutters and is only available through us.

Suitability: This shutter is an ideal installation for schools, canteen stall, food court, hospital hallway, market lock-up stall, shop front, shopping centre, flatted factories, HDB bin centre and residential garage.

Operating Method: It can be operated either by manually and motorised type. For motorised operated, capacity of the motor used will depend on the weight of the shutter.

Finishing: Aluminium shutters are available in natural, bronze or black anodised, powder coated or fluorocarbon coated finishes. With anodising process, it will reduce the corrosion and wear resistance of oxidation of material.

SHUTTERS - TECHNICAL DATA

a)     Roller doors to be constructed of aluminium curtain in 90mm (width) x 1.2mm +/- thickness for FFL with straight surface. The bottom rail and handle would be made of extruded aluminium section. The installation shall be done in accordance with our Company's procedure and instructions.

b)     The door curtains consist of extruded interlocking aluminium slats. Shutter slat's dimension is 90mm (width) x 1.2mm +/- with straight surface. PVC end clips would be secured at both ends of the slats to prevent lateral movements.

c)     The side guide channels shall be extruded aluminium of dimension 55 x 32 x 2mm (thick) +/- or heavy-duty steel of dimension 130 x 80 x 2mm (thick) +/-.

d)     The locks preferable to be installed either at waist-height or at the bottom-rail with lock bars locking into side of the door. For motorised roller shutter, an electrical control button switch will operate the locking device.

e)     For manual operated door, this FFL type can be fabricated into panels with removable mullions at any openings. For electrical operated door, single panel can be up to 6.1 meters wide.
