Arbeit Sicher Pte Ltd, (ASR in short) the creator and leading producer of the innovative TeMP System (TeMP in short) that can be used in any hoist way or anywhere within a building. The design/concept is suitable for building construction usage as an external safety screen, work platform, elevator installation or dismantling, elevator replacement / modernisation, elevator recovery and remediation environmental works. TeMP is a product of Singapore Origin and is type tested by TÜV SÜD PSB Pte Ltd capped at 1000kg load. TeMP is Type Approval For Use in Singapore by the Ministry of Manpower, Singapore since April 2009.

The lion's share of the company's resources and efforts are focused on research, design and integrating cutting edge solutions to improve in construction efficiency, cost-saving and eventually an alternative method enhancing a safe working environment to users in the construction industry. ASR program of intense research, design and creation of a new construction methodology has one basic aim, Work Safety First theory. In fact, this dedication has been a motivating effect that guided ASR engineers to develop a one-of-a-kind concept for a truly innovative "Single Man-Cage" bucket specific for access frame extension. This solution has created an entirely new market segment that consists of different dimensions of an elevator hoist way.
