Over the years, we have built scores of public and private apartments, ranging from low cost apartment blocks to luxurious condominium located throughout the country. We have played an important role in meeting the public housing demand by completing some 16,000 dwelling units to date and about 40 projects worth contract value of more than $1.2 billion.

We were selected as one of the core constructors of Housing and Development Board since 1983 and awarded ISO 9001 in 2010, OHSMS 18001 and ISO 14001 in 2002. We perform an active role to provide more efficient, systematic, high quality and best value building services to our customers.
