Nature of Business

JL BUILDING PRODUCTS AND SERVICES (S) PTE LTD, was incorporated on 7th July 1977 (7-7-77). The objectives of the Company were in the marketing and sales of specialised building materials and chemicals and in the subcontracting of such works from the building and construction industry. We have been in the market for more than 25 years and are widely known for the quality of our products and the professional services which we render to the industry. Due to the extensive involvement of our Company in the building and construction industry for so many years we are proud that we have contributed significantly to the ever changing skyline of Singapore.

With the goodwill and the good reputation that have been built up over the years, our products have been specified and used for many projects in both the public and private sectors. Our track record includes big names such as the Changi International Airport, Tuas Checkpoint, Temasek Polytechnic, Pulau Semakau Landfill Project, Singapore Turf Club, Institute of Mental Health (former Woodbridge Hospital), MRT, NTU, NUS, private condominiums, community centres, schools and Power Stations.

We have completed successfully many projects for CPG, URA, HDB, Singapore Power (formerly PUB), Development Resources, LTA, JTC, PSA, SDC and many private architectural consultants such as RSP, DPA, Team 3, SAA just to name a few.
