In 2005, he and his team developed the 1st Cold Cathode Fluorescent (CCFL) linear indirect lighting system installation for Grand Hyatt Singapore. An extremely reliable and energy saving lamp source, a total of 6000 meters run were installed. After about 6 years (>50,000 hours) of continuous operation only 1% had failed.
Spurred by the success of Grand Hyatt Singapore story, in 2009 after 2 years of further development, a modular system named i.Flo was introduced to the market.
Korr Lighting Pte Ltd was setup in February 2011 as a subsidiary company of Lighting Technologies Singapore to focus on the sales and promotion of i.Flo lighting system to the regional and overseas market.
