Nature of BusinessLQS Construction Pte Ltd (formerly known as LQS Contractor) was set up in 1997.
The Company is BCA registered
GB1:General Builder (Class 1) and
CW01 – C1 (General Construction), CW02 – C3 (Civil). We are also
ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004 and
OHSAS 18001:2007 certified as well as
BizSafe Star certified by WSH Council.
In January 2007, the Company incorporated to a Private Ltd Company,
M/S LQS CONSTRUCTION PTE LTD with the authorised capital of S$25,000.00. The company had grown strength to strength since and the paid up capital now is
S$700,000.00.
The Company is helmed by three directors who have more than 50 years combined experience in Construction Works/Activities/Project Management. The company also has dedicated teams of building professionals with practical experiences and professional academic qualifications, both in civil and structural, architectural, M & E and external works, to serve our customer’s needs. We are proficient in the wide variety of Building Detailing, Construction Methodology and is versed in handling the diverse natures and characteristics of different Projects Types.

On that note, the Company is constantly growing and improving ourselves in these categories of our core business. Currently our Project Portfolios includes Warehouses (Conventional/DG Warehouses), Industrial & Institution Buildings (Heavy Duty Main Sub-Stations and Training Facilities) as well as Design and Build Construction Projects for Industrial/Commercial/Residential Development (incl Private Houses with ID Conceptualising).
