Outlook: This Multi-Vision Panel Shutter is design to create an aesthetic transparency throughout the area whereby visibility can be achieved from either side of the premise when the shutter is lowered. The overall design is to have a bright and clear outlook.

Suitability: This shutter is ideally to install for showroom, banking hall, shopping centre.

Operating Method: This shutter can be operated either manually or by motorised. The capacity of the motor used will depend on the weight of the shutter installed.

Finishing: Beside generally in off-white powder coated finish, we also can powder coat other selective colour finish if customer desire.

SHUTTERS TECHNICAL DATA

a)     The roller shutter door is fabricated from aluminium channel and polycarbonate panels interlocking with each other. The installation shall be done in accordance to Standard Rolling Shutters' instruction.

b)      The shutter curtain consist of either extruded aluminium Double-C or Triangle-C shape channel and high quality clear polycarbonate panels of size: 300mm (L) x 90mm (W) x 2.4mm (T) +/-. An aluminium extruded handle will be placed at suitable height for easy lifting purpose. And finally a heavy-duty Bottom Tee will be firmly fitted on the last row of the shutter curtain.

c)     There will be extruded aluminium side guide mounted on the wall to guide the shutter's up/down movements. Side guide dimension is 55mm (L) x 32mm (W) x 2mm (T) +/-.

d)    Security locks (Side or Center type) will be fixed either on the handle or at the bottom rail at the choice of the customer. For motorised shutter, the operation is handle by an electrically connected control panel.

e)     Depending on the height, for normal width opening of less than 3000mm, this MVPS can be easily operated manually. If exceeding 3000mm, the shutter is advisable to be operated either by motorised or if necessary, divided into separate panels and operated manually. An aluminium removable mullion will be provided to align the separated shutters.
