SCREEN VISION ROLLER SHUTTERProfile Type: Screen Vision (SV)Outlook: This profile is our self-design product. This shutter is strong and versatile but also has a soft touch which allows visibility as well as security. Because of the acrylic rows, when the shutter is lowered down, it enables a transparency view both inside and outside the premise.
Suitability: This Screen Vision shutter is ideally installed for showroom, shopping centre, display area or banking hall.
Operating Method: Due to its lightweight, it can easily operate manually. If only the door have a wide opening then it is preferable to be motorised operated.
Finishing: This screen vision shutters are available in natural, bronze or black anodised and powder coated finishes.
SHUTTERS TECHNICAL DATA
a) Roller doors to be constructed from perforated aluminium curtain in 91 x 1.2mm +/- thickness. The curtain would be inserted with acrylic strips, which provide a clear view through. The bottom rail and handle would be of extruded aluminium section. The installation shall be done in accordance with Standard Rolling Shutter's instructions.
b) The door curtains consist of extruded interlocking aluminium slats, roller shutters in 91 x 1.2mm +/- slats. Dimension of perforation hole is 200 x 40mm with 25mm width apart each perforation. Both ends of the slat will be secured with end clip to prevent minimum lateral movements during the shutter's operation.
c) The side guide channels shall be extruded aluminium of dimension 45 x 32 x 2mm. It shall be curved at the top for easy curtain entry.
d) The locks shall be installed at waist-height or at bottom-rail with lock bars locking into side of the door. If for motorised shutter, it is operated by an electrically connected control box. Optional accessories such as remote control are also available.
e) If door opening is very wide, this shutter can be fabricated into separate panels with removable centre mullion for manual operation. If door opening for motorised shutter does not exceed 6m, the shutter can still be operated by a single panel.
