SEE-THRU ROLLER SHUTTERProfile Type: See-Thru (ST)Outlook: This perforated profile is design by Standard Rolling Shutters and run by our own roll-form machine. These slats are manufactured in such a way that it has a rugged and yet pleasant looking. This profile has two types of slat sizes, width 110mm has perforated holes of diameter 5.0mm +/- and width 90mm with perforated holes of 3.0mm +/-. The 110mm profile is usually use for motorised shutter; where else the 90mm profile is use for manual or small-motorised shutter. Due to the perforated holes are for ventilation as well as visibility, is also depend on the customer's requirement.
Suitability: This profile is ideal to install for shopping centre, showroom, sporting hall, bin compound, garage, canteen and food stall.
Operating Method: It can be operated either manually or motorised. For motorised operated shutter, capacity of the motor used will depend on the weight of the shutter.
Finishing: See-Thru shutters are available in powder coated or fluorocarbon-coated finishes.
SHUTTERS TECHNICAL DATA
a) These roller doors are fabricated from good quality perforated slat of dimension either 110mm (width) x 1.2mm +/- (thickness) or 85mm (width) x 0.7mm +/- (thickness) interlocking with each other to form a curtain door. Either an extruded aluminium or steel bottom rail will be interlock together with the curtain. The installation method shall be done in accordance with our instructions.
b) Either a steel side guide channels of dimension 130 x 80 x 2mm +/- (thickness) or an extruded aluminium side guide of dimension 45 x 32 x 2mm +/- (thickness) will be wall-mounted vertically at both side and is use for guiding the slat curtain up/down movement.
c) For manually operated shutter, locking device will be installed either at waist-height or at bottom-rail with lock bars locking into side of the door. For motorised roller shutter, the locking function is control by a push control button.
d) For manual operated door with wide openings, it has to be divided into panels. A removable centre mullion will be placed between panels to form a straight alignment. For a motorised single panel shutter, depending on the height, it can be operated with an opening span of up to 7 meters width.
