Background

T&D Technology was set up to cater to the building industry's increasing needs for fire-rating solutions in compliance with SCDF's regulations. Run by a team of experienced staff, our core business include:


Nature of Business

1. Fire-rated doors: Up to 4 hours (available in steel doors, timber doors up to 1hr)
2. Household and Storey shelter management package which include:
   a) Provide free consultation to our customers prior to construction.
   b) Conduct pre-commissioning tests to all units prior to BCA inspection
       to ensure household shelter system is in good condition.
   c) Provision of opening for ventilator sleeve installation.
   d) Pressure grouting services available upon 'hollowness' in door
       frames detected.
   e) Involvement in handing over of household shelter during BCA
       inspection.
