XJ Elevator founded in Singapore in 2005 as one of Singapore leading suppliers for elevators, escalators and moving walks.
Our principal activities include the sales, engineering, installing, modernising, repairing and maintenances of elevators and escalators.

XJ Elevator attained
ISO 45001, WSH bizSAFE Level Star and BCA Grading L5 under Lift & Escalator Installation Workhead ME09. We have secured many project references with long term maintenance collaboration with key esteem Government entities such as
Land Transport Authority, People Association, Ministry of Education, National Technological University, National Parks Board, PSA Singapore and Aljunied-Hougang Town Council.
Since 2007, XJ Elevator had established overseas agencies partnership exporting lifts and escalators to countries such as
Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Philippines, Myanmar, India, Pakistan, Bahrain and U.A.E; Dubai.

Milestone
2005: XJ Elevator established a Trading Representative office in Singapore roll-out business in Asia markets and within the same year exported
first elevators to Indonesia and Philippines markets.
2006: Secured exclusive distributive rights to South East Asia, India and Middle East. XJ Elevator established export businesses in
U.A.E.; Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Thailand and Malaysia.
XJ Elevator had secured and delivered
maiden batch of elevators to Housing Development Board (HDB) pilot projects located in Marsiling using metal shaft structure due to regional countries sand ban and shortage of raw materials.
2007: XJ Elevator commissioned first
HDB elevators at Jurong East Block 235, with Ms Grace Fu (Minister in PMO) gracing the event. XJ Elevator
secured the supply of elevator to HDB 8th Term project at about $30 million (600+ Elevators) for various locations island wide.
2008: XJ Elevator exported to
Indonesia, Batam and secured first project with SingTel Group.
2009: XJ Elevator established
in-house installation team with 20 men and attained
BCA Grading L3 and exported
first elevator to
Republic of India.
2010: XJ Elevator attained
Certificate of Achievement on bizSAFE Enterprise Level 3 by Workplace Safety and Health Council and
completed HDB 8th Term supply of elevators island wide in Singapore.
2011: XJ Elevator achieved
more than Five Million of Singapore projects and secured
first project with Land Transport Authority for the iconic
Pedestrian Overhead Bridge linking across Botanic Gardens and Adam Road. In addition, XJ Elevator exported
first batch of elevators to the Kingdom of Bahrain.
2012: Awarded SME1000 Company by DP Group and
Promising SME500 and exported, supplied and commissioned
first elevator in Myanmar.
2014: Schindler Lifts (Singapore) Pte Ltd acquired 51% of XJ Elevator Private Limited. XJ Elevator secured first Community Centre project that was
approved by People’s Association.
2015: XJ Elevator secured
a Large Project with a Million contract value at 47 Jalan Buroh developed by CWT Limited and secured
first school project approved by Ministry of Education.
2016: XJ Elevator secured
first hawker centre project approved by National Environment Agency.
2017: XJ Elevator secured
Coastal PlayGrove at East Coast Park approved by National Parks Board.
2018: XJ Elevator attained
BCA Grading L5 under Lift & Escalator Installation Workhead ME09 and secured
first Town Council project of 40 units BNF elevators approved by Aljunied-Hougang Town Council.
2019: XJ Elevator
attained bizSAFE Level Star certified by Workplace Safety and Health Council and secured
first Bus Depot Project at Sengkang West approved by Land Transport Authority.
2020: XJ Elevator secured
Large Project with a Million contract value for Columbarium Project at 950 Old Choa Chu Kang Rd developed by Nirvana Asia Group. In addition, XJ Elevator
secured Bus Depot Project at Gali Batu and Bus Interchange Project at Venture Drive both approved by Land Transport Authority.
