Resilient Vinyl Flooring
As a specialist of resilient flooring, we are a stockist of numerous types and range of vinyl tiles and sheets. They are waterproof, anti-termites, anti-bacteria, stain-, fire- & slip-resistant, coated with UV-protection layer, acoustic- (less sound) & eco-friendly. Our range include dryback and adhesive-free interlocking tiles, and come with designs and colours that are constantly updated with the ever-changing trends and patterns.

SERENE 'Click & Lock' 5mm Resilient Vinyl Tiles
The SERENE brand – being the flagship product of Laflor Living, is made in Korea and designed with the German-patented 2G Välinge interlocking system. It is the popular choice of floor covering that has been installed in residential and commercial spaces such as homes, offices, F&B outlets, retail shops, and institutions, etc. It is waterproof, fire-resistant, anti-termite, anti-microbial, stain and scratch resistant, and environmental-friendly.

Our range of vinyl tiles are suitable for installation on walls, bay windows, pillars, shelving, and even upholsteries, creating innovative surface features and finishing with a softer and cosy feel.
Artificial Grass Turf & Eco-Wood Decking
Our artificial grass and composite decking collections emulate real grass and timber, but less the hassles of maintenance. Our grass turf comes with 4 tones of grass hues and have a pile height of 35mm – creating ample fluff and realistic feel of grass. The composite deckings are lightly embossed to the feel of real wood, and are supported by strong aluminium runner structures underneath for greater stability and climate resistance.
Floor Repairs & Cementing Works
Besides floor coverings, we have also undertaken fundamental works such as cementing and repairs of uneven floor surfaces. Our scope includes rectifying popped up and hollow tiles, floor screed, self-smoothing underlayment and overlayment, and epoxy, etc.
Our Own Professional Installers
Laflor Living has its own dedicated in-house team of experienced installers for many types of floor coverings not limited to vinyl. Our team is also skilled in laying carpet, laminated floor & concrete repairs using self-levelling compound. We also do general painting and epoxy floor works.
