In an urban setting, the vast majority of sound control aims to limit external noise, such as traffic noise, from entering a building. The use of sound control windows, is an important tactic in overall noise control. Typically, sound control windows are fabricated from thickened glass, or double-walled glass. Installation is also more precise, to ensure a good seal and minimal noise leakage. Less
