Aurum Precast Sdn Bhd was
established in 2014 as a subsidiary of
Woh Hup Private Limited. We
specialize in precast concrete
products for use in civil and building
projects within Singapore’s
construction industry. Our factory
pans a total of 83 acres and is fully
equipped with all casting, lifting and
storage facilities for the production
and supply of precast products
including prefabricated prefinished
volumetric construction (PPVC)
modules, prefabricated bathroom
units (PBU), precast cable troughs,
tunnel segments, household shelter,
pile cap, beams and columns as well
as external facade works such as
aircon ledge, staircase, columns and
beams, making us one of the biggest
precast suppliers in Johor Bahru.
We are proud to be one of the first
precast contractors to have received
various certifications from relevant
authorities in both Singapore and
Malaysia, certifying that our works
are carried out safely and in
compliance with their requirements.
