KOM TECHNOLOGIES (M) SDN BHD has been awarded the certification of ISO 9001:2015 for the Manufacture of Concrete Products. We are committed to manufacture and delivery of good quality concrete products for all aspects of business in accordance to SS EN 206 1:2014, SS 544: Part 1 & 2:2014 and SAC CT06:2019 where applicable. Our Quality System meets Corporate operational needs and requirements of ISO 9001:2015, RMC Certificate SS EN 206:2014 and ISO 45001:2018.
KOMT is a licensed building practitioner in Malaysia and Singapore. We have obtained the BCA Certificate license as a specialist building under precast concrete work and also BCA registered Contractor for CR10 precast concrete works and SB(PC) Specialist Builder (Pre-cast Concrete Work).
KOMT has been involved various government and private projects in Singapore since year 2010, for example, manufacturing of precast segments for Contract C913, C925, C931, C937, T212, T216, T222, Deep Tunnel Sewerage System (DTSS-T09) Phase 2, Inter-Terminal Bored Tunnels for Changi East at Singapore Changi Airport, Project Toden Tutujioka (Japan), Precast Swimming Pool for Ardmore Park, Prefabricated Bathroom Unit (PBU) for New Futura, The Venue and The Tre-Ver, Prefabricated Prefinished Volumetric Construction (PPVC) for Park Colonial and many more.
KOMT has employed with more than 100 skilled workers to carry out manufacturing works at our well-equipped facilities. Our expert project teams welcome the opportunity to work closely with clients in the initial stage of each project, to understand the conception and expectations of client and designer.
