YEE CONSTRUCTION AND RENOVATION PTE LTD was incorporated since 21 February 2003, before then, we were a sole-proprietor company that step up on November 1997.
We specialise all kind of building construction such as construction of dwelling units (terrace/semi-detached/bungalow houses & condominiums), administrative buildings and factories/warehouses including their internal renovation. We also specialise in civil work such as construction of linkways, awnings, neighbour parks, carpark/road and structural retaining walls.
We are holding the following certificates from the accredited certification body:

- bizSAFE STAR
and we also possess the following certificates from the Building Construction Authority (BCA):
- CW01 - General Building (B2)
- GB1 - General Builders Class 1
